This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, which acts as my processor under its data processing agreement. That agreement includes EU standard contractual clauses for any transfer outside the EU. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system) to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. These logs are kept only as long as needed for that purpose and are then deleted automatically.

If you contact me, I process the details you provide (name, email, company or property, location, type of project, preferred date, message) to answer your enquiry and talk about a possible project. Legal basis: steps prior to an agreement, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Providing these details is voluntary, but I can’t answer without them. Enquiries that lead to no project are deleted after 12 months at the latest; longer only where the law requires it.

My mailbox is also hosted by Hostinger, under the same data processing agreement, so your enquiry is stored on its servers.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and videos are delivered from the same server, so no data goes to Google or other font or video providers.

I only link to my Instagram profile. No data goes to Meta unless you click the link.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To use them, write to info@campeistudio.com. You can also complain to the supervisory authority: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, dsb@dsb.gv.at. I don’t use automated decision-making or profiling.
